The number of students in each class is limited to provide better assistance to participants. First-come, first-served.

A discount is available for purchasing multiple classes or for siblings. Discounts cannot be combined; only one discount may be applied per transaction. To request a discount or arrange payment, contact sewandsowcreativity@gmail.com

Participants who choose to bring their own sewing machine must bring it to each session to qualify for the associated discount. Sew&Sow Creativity will provide only the number of sewing machines booked in advance by customers.

You will need to bring fabric. You will need a sewing kit (any container) with basic tools, such as bobbins, scissors, thread, and buttons.

At the intermediate level, students select projects aligned with their interests to develop their skills further. You will need to purchase your own pattern.

Photographs and images captured during class sessions may be used exclusively for marketing by Sew&Sow Creativity. For images featuring children, only their artwork will be selected, highlighting their hands as they engage in the creative process. We will never upload images of their faces without their guardians' consent. These images will not be disclosed or shared with any third parties not directly affiliated with the business.

Cancellations & Refunds policy

Fees and event payments are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class, they may attend an alternative group session as a make-up, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

Workshops and classes cancelled by Sew&Sow Creativity will be refunded in full.

To cancel a weekly registration for any reason, participants must provide at least 2 weeks’ notice by email to sewandsowcreativity@gmail.com so their place can be offered to another participant on the waiting list.
